For the second Halloween Nails Tutorial, I’m showing you how to do a dot technique that I named ‘Eye Am Evil’. It’s easy, quick and only requires 3 polishes. Let’s get right into it! Here’s what I used and what you’ll need.
Aluminum foil is needed too (not pictured).
You don’t have to use these exact colors, but a opague black, thick white and a bright blue will deliver the best result.
Apply the black polish, in this case, What’s a Tire Jack? as the base color. Then grab your aluminum foil and pour the first polish puddle.
The first dot to make the eye begins with the white polish; using the cap of the Sharpie marker dip it into the white polish puddle and apply it to the center of your nail with firm pressure. Follow up and apply the dots sporadically with lighter pressure.
Form your blue polish puddle on the aluminum foil and with your dotting tool, dot in the center of each white dot.
Form your final polish puddle in black on the aluminum foil and with your toothpick apply a dot in the center of the blue dot.
Told ya it was easy!
