Polished – 5 Fall Nail Colors

Hey nail polish/art lovers! It’s official, Fall arrived on September 22nd and we’re…well at least I’m ready, kind of… I’ve been thinking about my fall wardrobe list and I’ve pretty much narrowed down the pieces I need want. Naturally, my love, nail polish, popped up which sent me to my polish rolodex aka my Caboodles case. My lacquer collection is pretty large packed with a couple of bottles that I haven’t worn (so embarassed), which led me to a few of the colors in this lineup. 5 creamy, shimmery, dark hues fit for the upcoming chilly months and ready to be swiped on your tips. Let’s get into my 5 Fall Nail Colors!

Chinchilly – essie

The perfect mix of smoky grey and cool lilac. This color is an essie classic!

Loves Me Not – Sally Hansen

A deep, shimmery purple perfect for Fall (a signature hue for the season). Does it look familiar? It should, it’s one of the colors from the Prabal Gurung SS 2012 Sally Hansen runway collection. I know it came out in the Spring, but it’s totally appropriate for the fall.

Just Spotted The Lizard – OPI

It’s all about metallics and this chameleon-esque hue boasts an eye-catching gold at one angle, moody blue at another and an irresistble green at another. How often can you find a lacquer that delivers 3 hues in one? Rare, very rare!

Blue Rebel – Chanel

A Chanel favorite, this inky, deep blue is the perfect alternative to black. I’m not sure if this one is still available, it was released during Fashion’s Night Out in 2012. But, I have seen some pretty good dupes from Sally Hansen – Midnight in NY, OPI – Yoga-ta Get This Blue and ncLA – Call Me For The After Party.

Oxblood – Sally Hansen

Oxblood or burgundy; either way this vampy, blackberry hue is perfect for the Fall. Burgundy is slated to be a huge color for the upcoming season, swipe it on your tips if you don’t want to fully commit to the color trend.

Those are my 5 Fall Nail Colors! Any hues on your list?
