Dope, right? I was smitten by the hatching of fabulous Louis Vuitton shoes, sunnies and bags! As I told you a few weeks back, I was going on a little vacation, VEGAS to be exact! I love that place. Well, while doing a bit of shopping, I landed in one of the newest additions to the world famous strip, Crystals, being blown away is an understatement. The architecture, shops and scenery is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. We’re talking all luxury brands right at your fingertips; a shopaholics dream! A gem on the strip.
Louis Vuitton is located in almost all of the resorts in Vegas, but none and I really mean NONE can compare to the 3 level one located in Crystals. To my delight, Louis Vuitton’s display was hatching too! Check out my pictures below, enjoy…
It’s not as grand as the New York display but I still love it! The creativity, theme, and product placement; truly magnificent.
Display windows play an important role in retail; yes the name attracts people, but the window often times draws you in. When I worked in retail, in a small mom and pop’s shop I would come up with different themes for each window on a weekly basis. People would come in because of the window and majority of the time those items displayed would be the first items to sell out! Think about it Barneys, Saks, Bergdorf Goodmans, Belk, Coach; a barrage of stores funnel creativity, imagination and lots of money into display windows all for our viewing pleasure and bringing consumers in. The next time you’re out shopping, take some time to view, digest and enjoy the window.
