Guest Post: Abel Muñoz Spring 2013 Collection with Queen In Heels

When I received an email from (one) of my favorite bloggers Sereeda to guest post, I was extremely excited about the opportunity. After my initial excitement, I became a little unsure about what exactly to submit. Thankfully, (one) of my favorite designers, Abel Muñoz had recently sent the lookbook for his Spring 2013 collection.

I realized that this was a wonderful chance for me to share with the readers of eclechick, the reasons why I admire Abel Muñoz, and of course, share his fabulous upcoming collection.

First, let me give you all a brief bio of designer Abel Muñoz. He studied shoe design in Milan at the world-renowned ARS Arpel Institute of Shoe and Accessory Design. Abel Muñoz is currently based in Toronto, Canada. His shoes are made in Italy.

Now, the reason why I admire Abel Muñoz (besides the fact he is an awesome person) is that he admires me. Okay, not only me, but all women. He not only admires women; he appreciates women. Each footwear collection from Muñoz is a dedicated tribute to the beauty of women, our intelligence, and our vast contributions to societies.

His past collections have included a tribute to old Hollywood glamour (with heels dedicated to Josephine Baker, Elizabeth Taylor, and Sophia Loren to name a few) and an ode to the women of Pompeii.

For Spring 2013, Abel Muñoz Accessories celebrates the global multicultural world of today’s woman. Designer Abel Muñoz interprets the international woman’s dreams and fashion fantasies and brings them to life in footwear form . . .

** I’d never heard of Abel Muñoz, thank you so much for introducing his shoe line to me eclechick readers, Sharon! Great designs. You definitely rule when it comes to shoes, now I see why you’re the Queen In Heels. **

Swing by Queen In Heels for tons of shoes, celebrity shoe sightings, empowering quotes for women and more.

xx Sereeda
