Summer is winding down, which means the transition phase is upon us. During the changing of the fashion guards, I like to identify trends that can be worn now and easily switch over to the upcoming season without looking weird. Think about it, sashaying around in leather pants and boots in the sweltering temps we’ve been experiencing lately is ridiculous unless you’re Kanye. While doing my daily perusing on the internet, my style eye picked up on an intriguing color combo; navy and black. The colors are on the darker end of the spectrum and usually we’re hell bent on contrasting dark with light, but those dark forces, navy and black, got the best of me and I like it.
